About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Associate to lead the expansion of RoStudy.com in the Delhi NCR region. Your primary mission is to empower coaching institute owners by bringing their business into the digital age. You will be the face of RoStudy, convincing educators and institute directors of the immense value of our platform in reaching 200,000+ students.
This is a Hybrid Role: While you will manage your pipeline from home, the "closing" often happens over a cup of tea at the coaching center. We value "boots on the ground" grit combined with digital sales savvy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and map top coaching hubs across Delhi NCR (Old Rajinder Nagar, Mukherjee Nagar, Kalu Sarai, Laxmi Nagar, etc.).
- The RoStudy Pitch: Conduct high-impact presentations (virtual and in-person) to institute owners, explaining how our platform increases their student enrollment and digital ROI.
- End-to-End Onboarding: Guide owners through the listing process, ensuring their profiles are professional, high-quality, and "student-ready."
- Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with educators to ensure they see RoStudy as a growth partner, not just a service provider.
- Lead Closing: Travel to institutes within Delhi as needed to finalize agreements and collect necessary documentation.
Candidate Requirements (The "Must-Haves")- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: At least 1+ year of proven experience in EdTech sales (B2B or B2C). Experience with coaching aggregators or LMS platforms is a huge plus.
- Location: Must be a current resident of Delhi NCR or willing to relocate immediately.
- Communication: Exceptional command over Hindi and English. You must be able to speak the language of "results" and "growth."
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and explaining digital marketplace dynamics.
