Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven B2B Business Development Associate to drive partnerships with schools, colleges, and other potential organizations. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy relationship builder, and should be dedicated to growing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (principals, administrators, HR heads, L&D managers) through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Partnership Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to negotiating contracts and closing MoUs/partnerships.
• Product Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations, seminars, webinars etc. to showcase our skill programs.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term, trusting relationships with institutional stakeholders to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and educational policy changes to identify new growth opportunities.
• Report Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 2–5 years of B2B/institutional sales experience, preferably in EdTech.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Negotiation: Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals.
• Personality: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work/travel.
