Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying potential leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering compelling presentations. The Associate will play a key role in driving business growth by collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's reach.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver persuasive Presentations
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and engage potential clients
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
