Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, Delhi, for a Business Development Associate (BDA) & Customer Support Executive.
This is a client-facing role that combines sales, operations, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth experience across the entire journey.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Handle lead conversion, client onboarding, and appointment setting
- Manage calls, follow-ups, reminders, and client coordination
- Track payments/installments and resolve client queries
- Support daily operations and ensure a smooth client experience
- Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools for communication, automation, and workflow efficiency
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Good social and sales skills (confident on calls)
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Organized, reliable, and target-driven
- Prior experience in sales/customer support is a plus
