Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate with
experience in coil winding assembly and EMS manufacturing industry. The candidate will be
responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships,
and supporting sales growth for coil winding and assembly products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in coil winding assembly and EMS
sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering and production
teams for quotations and solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, product presentations, and commercial offers to clients.
Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion strategies.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and business development activities.
Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and business networking activities when
required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of coil winding assembly products and EMS manufacturing processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and customer specifications.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in customer handling, quotation preparation, and sales coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline. MBA in
Marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer support within
coil winding assembly or manufacturing companies.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
