Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate within the WFO and Renewals segment, based in Bengaluru South. The primary duties include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and building relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Associate will also contribute to renewal efforts and work closely with the team to achieve organizational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive growth and meet objectives
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and contribute to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
