Role Description
The Business Development Associate (BDT-WFH) will engage directly with potential clients to support lead generation, deliver presentations, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with prospective clients, developing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the growth of the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Proactive approach to developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or similar domains is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
