Error Makes Clever is a fast-growing edtech startup delivering technology education in Tamil. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own the sales pipeline, convert leads, and fuel our next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from outreach to closure
- Engage and convert organic leads (college students & working professionals)
- Conduct targeted cold calls and follow-ups with high energy and conviction
- Independently meet and exceed daily, weekly & monthly revenue targets
- Mentor and support junior BDA team members where needed
- Share insights and market feedback to shape sales strategy.
Who You Are
- 1.5 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in edtech
- Fluent in Tamil and English - confident communicator on calls
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with strong closing skills and deal instincts
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments; adaptable to change
- Knowledge of IT/tech courses is a strong plus
