Role Description
- Generate and manage international sales leads
- Identify and connect with overseas buyers and distributors
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle sales communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth export operations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Prior experience in Sales / Business Development is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Interest in international business, exports, and global markets
- Basic knowledge of Excel and email communication preferred
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / Sales / International Business candidates preferred (not mandatory)
