• Joining Date: 2nd / 9th June
• Experience Required: 1–5 Years in B2C/Inside Sales
• Maximum Fixed CTC: ₹5.47 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
• Candidates applying for the maximum CTC should have 2+ years of sales experience
• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 Days Working | Sundays Fixed Off

Role Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls
• Understand customer career goals and recommend suitable programs
• Drive consultative selling and convert leads into enrollments
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines effectively
🔹 Desired Candidate Profile
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• EdTech/service sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM tools is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
