Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Inside Sales Associate - B2C. As an Inside Sales Associate, the candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting the most suitable Crio.Do solutions. The role includes activities such as lead generation, following up with prospective customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing existing accounts to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to achieve sales targets
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
