Role Description
As an Inside Sales Executive - B2C Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Crio.Do. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Your responsibilities will include generating and nurturing leads, conducting engaging sales presentations, following up with prospective customers, and closing sales. Additionally, you'll provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Prior experience in the ed-tech industry or similar domains is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding sales pipelines is a bonus
