Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate - B2C based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and delivering impactful presentations to prospective clients. The associate will also actively support the development and execution of strategies for business growth, while providing excellent communication to drive results and achieve targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Presentation Skills, including creating and delivering engaging presentations
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and target opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively with potential clients
  • Proactive approach to achieving business growth goals and meeting targets
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
