Business Development Associate (TeleSales Executive)
Location: Noida
Mode of interview - Direct Walk-in -
1st Slot:- 11 am to 1 pm
2nd Slot:- 2.30 pm to 5 pm
Job Title: Business Development Associate (Tele Sales Executive)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 18,000 -25,000 per month (Based on experience, performance interview)
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Ayurvedic products to customers over the call, retail stores, clinics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.
Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Experience Skills
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (preferably in FMCG/Healthcare/Ayurvedic sector).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage reports.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Additional knowledge of Ayurveda or healthcare products will be an advantage.
