About
ZekiHR is an early-stage startup building tools for recruitment agencies. The product and go-to-market are still evolving, and we’re learning directly from agency founders.
The founder comes from an engineering background and currently leads product and development. We’re looking for someone to help run early marketing and outreach experiments.
Instead of pretending we have everything figured out, we want someone who is comfortable experimenting with us.
This role is intentionally structured as a 3-month experiment. If the collaboration works and we start seeing traction, the role can grow with better responsibilities and rewards. If it doesn’t, we both learn and move on.
What you'll do
- Find recruitment agencies and agency founders online
- Reach out via LinkedIn, Reddit, email, or communities
- Start conversations with agency owners
- Book discovery calls for the founder
- Share insights from these conversations
- Experiment with simple distribution channels and messaging
The focus is conversations, outreach, and learning, not vanity metrics.

You don’t need a formal marketing background.
Time commitment
Flexible, part-time (roughly 2–3 hours per day).
