Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Maharashtra, India, for a Business Development Associate. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, and supporting organizational growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new avenues for business expansion and fostering meaningful partnerships to achieve set objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering impactful presentations
- Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-driven environment
- Self-motivated and able to take independent initiative to meet targets
- Prior experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
