Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and developing new business opportunities. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to drive growth and build relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries
* Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email outreach, and other platforms
* Initiate conversations with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
* Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services/solutions
* Handle end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
* Maintain and update lead tracking sheets on a daily basis
* Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or related fields is an advantage
