Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Associate to join our team in India. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies for meeting targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, scheduling client meetings, and providing updates on progress and challenges to the management team. The role also involves participating in project planning and delivering solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and prospecting
- Client relationship management and strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
