As we scale, our biggest priority is building a strong and active creator community on the platform.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will help us onboard, manage, and grow our creator network.

Role Overview
As the Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new creators, onboarding them onto the platform, managing relationships with them, and ensuring a healthy and active creator supply.
You will play a key role in growing the supply side of the Voizo marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels
- Call and pitch creators to join the Voizo platform
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new creator partnerships
Creator Onboarding
- Guide creators through the onboarding process
- Ensure profiles are properly set up and ready for users
- Educate creators on best practices to maximize their engagement and earnings
Creator Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators
- Address creator questions, concerns, and feedback
- Build long-term relationships with creators on the platform
Supply Monitoring
- Ensure there are enough active creators available on the platform at all times
- Coordinate with creators to ensure availability during peak hours
Data & Performance Tracking
- Maintain creator records and performance data
- Analyze creator activity and engagement metrics
- Identify top-performing creators and support underperforming creators
Community Building
- Foster a strong and supportive creator community
- Develop initiatives that help creators stay active and engaged on the platform
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with creators over calls and messages
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or social media is a plus
