- ₹20,000 per month
- ₹10,000 Fixed (based on attendance)
- ₹10,000 Variable (based on performance)
- Monthly Target: 20 enrollments (₹1,20,000 revenue benchmark)
Full-Time Opportunity :
- Successful interns will be offered a full-time role
- CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA (based on performance)

Role Overview :
As a Business Development Associate (Intern), you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into enrollments. This is a target-driven role offering hands-on exposure to sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and digital channels
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Work with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates
Eligibility Criteria :
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Telugu preferred)
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
Working Details :
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 10:45 AM – 8:15 PM
