🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Associate – Calling & Presales (Cybersecurity)
📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
About Us
Virtual Caim Private Limited is a CERT-In Empaneled Cybersecurity Auditing Organization delivering information security, IT audits, and compliance services to enterprises, banks, and government agencies across India. As we scale our outreach, we're looking for a driven Presales & Calling Specialist who can build pipelines, qualify leads, and set the stage for enterprise conversions.
Role Overview
This is a full-time outbound-focused role centered around proactive calling, lead qualification, and presales engagement. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients — understanding their needs, introducing our cybersecurity offerings, and nurturing prospects until they're ready to convert.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Make high-volume outbound calls to corporate, banking, pharma, manufacturing, and government prospects across India.
- Identify key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Heads, Compliance Officers) and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Follow up consistently on warm leads and maintain a healthy calling pipeline.
🔹 Presales & Prospect Nurturing
- Deliver compelling introductory pitches on Virtual Caim's cybersecurity services, including audits, VAPT, compliance assessments, and awareness training.
- Understand client pain points and map them to relevant service offerings.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for senior BDMs or technical consultants.
🔹 CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-through on every prospect.
- Generate daily/weekly calling reports and share pipeline updates with the team.
🔹 Coordination & Handoff
- Prepare brief prospect summaries before handing off to the BD or technical team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to share prospect requirements and ensure smooth transitions.
- Support proposal and brochure sending post initial calls.
Whom We're Looking For
✅ 0–1 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or presales (IT/cybersecurity preferred)
✅ Confident communicator with a clear, persuasive phone presence
✅ Basic understanding of cybersecurity services or the IT industry is a strong advantage
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
✅ Fluency in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
