Very few want to learn how businesses are actually built.
At Vikava Labs, we are building Business-Building Infrastructure for Growth-Stage Brands — systems, execution capacity, and operational frameworks that help founders scale without breaking.
We’re looking for 3 fresh Business Graduates / MBA candidates to join us as Business Development Associates in a Founder Office Track role.
This is not a conventional “sales job”.
This is exposure to how real founder-led businesses grow.
You’ll see first-hand:
• How conversations turn into business partnerships
• How founders think about growth and execution
• How market opportunities are identified and pursued
• How structured systems help brands scale
If you are someone who wants to learn business from the inside, this role will give you that exposure.
