Role Description
As a Business Development Associate, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This full-time hybrid role involves working from our office in Trivandrum while allowing for some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and presenting tailored solutions. You will also manage client accounts, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Experience with Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Performance Marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and use CRM tools effectively
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup and willingness to travel, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing and technology services is a plus
