Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Jammu. The Business Development Associate will identify new business opportunities through lead generation, conduct market research to analyze trends, and build relationships with prospective clients. The role will also include creating and delivering impactful presentations, communicating with potential clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored business strategies. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver compelling Presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting comprehensive Market Research
- Effective Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is an advantage
