Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive Operations BDA to manage and engage on-ground partners, ensure daily activity tracking, and support smooth execution of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily calling of partners to track activity, productivity and resolve concerns
- Handle partner escalations and provide operational support
- Explain payout structure, incentives and earnings to partners
- Take regular feedback and highlight process gaps
- Ensure hub discipline and activity compliance
- Share daily updates and coordinate with internal teams
Compensation: ₹25,000 (Net Take Home)
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Eligibility:
- Graduate (0–3 yrs experience in Ops / Sales / Tele-calling)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Must have laptop
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
