Job Title: Business Development Associate
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative problem solver who thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with new and existing partners while supporting technician hiring and onboarding in the pest control domain. The role requires strong communication, networking, and lead generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1.Act as the first point of contact for partners and maintain strong professional relationships.
2.Hire technicians with experience in the pest control industry.
3.Conduct cold calling and outreach to recruit pest control technicians.
4.Manage technician onboarding and documentation.
5.Support lead generation activities for partner and technician expansion.
6.Perform market research to identify potential partners and technicians.
7.Maintain technician and partner data using Excel or Google Sheets.
8.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi and English
2.Must have own Laptop
3.Immediate Joiner
4.Must have completed degree
