This opportunity is on a full-time basis and is for Business Development Associate who are looking to learn and gain exposure to emerging technology-led learnings and practices in the EdTech industry.

As an Associate in Business Development, you will be responsible for calling up the target audience across the globe, and convincing them to learn from the best of the Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity Certification Bodies in the world. Since education or professional learning is a MUST for every professional or aspiring professional – as a sales representative you are required to influence the target audience on how best they can learn to grow in their career of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
This role is for candidates who have an interest in US processes or generating business in the US region as well, therefore candidates may be required to work in US time zones
Job Responsibilities
· Making calls to interested candidates for data science, AI, and Cybersecurity programs
· Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
· Understanding and promoting company programs/campaigns.
· Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
· Maintaining client records.
· Answering client questions about Program Benefits.
Job Requirements
· Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Sales, etc.
· Work experience: Fresher - 6 months
· US process or calling to US target audience.
· Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
· A commitment to excellent customer service.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both candidates and training partners.
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
