Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Kochi. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and presenting solutions to prospective clients. The individual will also develop sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving business growth goals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing persuasive presentations, maintaining communication with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to meet targets and deliver value to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and creating compelling Presentations
- Strong ability in Lead Generation and conducting detailed Market Research
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the elevator and escalator industry is an advantage
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
