We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates who can contribute to company growth by building strong student and institutional relationships.
Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships with colleges and students, promoting internship and training programs, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential students, colleges, and institutional partners
- Promote company internship programs, certification courses, and placement services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct online/offline presentations and explain program benefits to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and student communities
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrollments or partnerships
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
- Maintain CRM/database records of leads, calls, and conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Support strategic business growth initiatives
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields
- MBA/BBA candidates are preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in EdTech, sales, or business development is a plus

Salary
Probation:
- Duration: 3 months
- Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
- Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,40,000 /year
- Annual CTC breakup:
- 1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 /year
- 2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,80,000 /year
