Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales and business development. This role begins with a structured Business Development Trainee Programme (45 Days) designed to equip you with practical skills and real-world experience.
Business Development Trainee Programme (45 Days)
During this On-the-Job Training (OJT) period, you will:
• Gain in-depth understanding of Trijal Creatives’ services and offerings
• Learn product pitching, client handling, and objection management
• Get hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales conversion
• Work closely with senior team members on live projects
Performance Requirement During Training:
• Achieve a revenue target of ₹1,00,000
• Upon successful completion, you will receive a stipend of ₹18,000
Post-Training Role: Business Development Associate
After successful completion of the trainee programme, you will be promoted to Business Development Associate (BDA).
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Pitch services and close deals with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for execution
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate (any stream) – Freshers can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
