We are hiring for the position of Business Development Associate for our Indore location. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate (Sales / Admission Counsellor) will be responsible for generating leads, counselling students and parents, and driving enrolments. The role focuses on revenue growth, relationship management, and achieving monthly targets.

- Energetic, target-driven, and proactive attitude

- Generate and nurture leads
- Conduct market research and present insights
- Build strong relationships with students & parents
- Promote our programs through presentations & counselling sessions
- Drive enrolments with passion and persuasion
- Achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets
Preference:
- Candidates based in Indore or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Salary based on experience and skills
