We are hiring for the position of Business Development Associate for our Indore location. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Associate (Sales / Admission Counsellor) will be responsible for generating leads, counselling students and parents, and driving enrolments. The role focuses on revenue growth, relationship management, and achieving monthly targets.

• Lead generation & research capabilities
• Client handling & relationship-building skills
• Energetic, target-driven, and proactive attitude

• Generate and nurture leads
• Conduct market research and present insights
• Build strong relationships with students & parents
• Promote our programs through presentations & counselling sessions
• Drive enrolments with passion and persuasion
• Achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets

Preference:

• Candidates based in Indore or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives
• Salary based on experience and skills

Gravity Mall, 5th Floor, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
