Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven to join our Lead Qualification team focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive the growth of the business. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, ensuring that leads are effectively converted into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen understanding of our market, and the ability to assess and prioritize leads.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and qualify potential leads through research and initial outreach.
● Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess their fit for our solutions.
● Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
● Track and report on lead conversion metrics to optimize the qualification process.
● Assist in developing strategies to nurture qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
● Proven 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the wedding, interior design,
automotive, real estate, edtech, jewelry or luxury services industry.
● Strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
● Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
● Must be willing to work on weekends (1 weekday off)
