Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and generating quality leads, conducting market research to uncover growth opportunities, and developing relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-impact presentations, conducting outreach efforts, and supporting business expansion initiatives through strategic communication and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Presentation Skills and creating impactful Presentations
• Strong abilities in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a business development or client relationship role is a plus
