Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in a creative or marketing agency. The role involves lead management, client pitching, and closing deals for marketing and branding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential leads for agency services
- Pitch branding, digital marketing, and creative solutions to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable service offerings
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients post-conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (marketing or creative agency experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and branding services
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional approach
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida
Compensation and Benefits
