Catch My Call is an AI-powered virtual assistant that handles inbound business calls, responds to customer queries, captures leads, books appointments, and ensures businesses never miss important customer interactions.
The product is already operational internationally, and we are now building the India GTM team responsible for introducing and scaling the product across the market.
Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and self-driven individuals who are excited about technology, communication, and business growth.
This role is part of the early GTM motion for Catch My Call in India. You will work directly on market expansion, customer acquisition, live product demonstrations, and business conversations with SMBs and MSMEs.
This is an opportunity to gain real exposure to how AI products are launched, positioned, and scaled in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach businesses that rely heavily on inbound calls
- Conduct live AI product demonstrations for potential customers
- Build relationships with SMBs and MSMEs across different industries
- Understand customer pain points and communicate product value clearly
- Gather customer feedback and market insights for the GTM team
- Contribute to early-stage growth and market expansion efforts
- Work closely with the internal team on execution and adoption strategy
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Interest in AI, technology, and emerging products
- Ability to explain technology in a simple and practical way
- Self-driven mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Based in NCR and available for in-person work
