Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
Experience: 1–3 years (Mandatory: Outbound lead generation and cold calling experience).

Job Summary: We are hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) with a heavy focus on proactive pipeline building. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time executing high-volume cold calls, generating qualified leads, and initiating contact with international prospects to fuel our sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients to introduce company services and spark business interest.
- Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and map potential business opportunities, target industries, and key decision-makers.
- Outbound Outreach: Actively source and qualify potential leads through strategic platform research, LinkedIn engagement, and cold email campaigns.
- Pitching & Engagement: Deliver compelling initial pitches, understand prospect pain points, and effectively position our core digital and tech solutions.
- Meeting Qualification: Qualify outbound prospects against our ideal customer profile and successfully schedule meetings/demos for the senior business development team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all daily outreach attempts, connected calls, and qualified leads within the CRM.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in high-volume cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation and overcoming gatekeepers.
- Comfortable working permanently on the Night Shift.
- Exceptional objection-handling skills with the resilience and persistence required for outbound sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Highly target-driven and motivated by volume-based sales metrics and outreach.
