Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, delivering impactful presentations, and fostering strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, and assisting in the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify client opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish and nurture client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Proven track record in a business development or sales-focused role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
