Responsibilities
• Achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies.
• Responsible for generating leads, making warm and cold calls and following up with potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Handle and resolve customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
What we look for in the candidates?
• Excellent English communication skill is a must (both written and oral).
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate in tele-sales
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Experience in IT Sales will be an added advantage

Job Location : Edapally, Kochi
Qualification a: BCA, Btech, MCA, MBA or Any graduates (Maximum number of permitted back papers – 5)
Experience : 0 to 1 Year
CTC : Rs 2.16 LPA to Rs 3.0 LPA + incentives
