Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in a full-time, on-site position in the Delhi, Rohini Area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Responsibilities include , working on technical content for social media, calling potential customers, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's reach in the education sector.
- Lead Conversion & Counseling
- Call and follow up with parent leads to explain course offerings
- Understand child’s interest and recommend the right program
- Drive enrollments and revenue targets
- Can explain: Block Coding, C++ & Python (Basic to Intermediate), Arduino & Micro:Bit
- Should know basic Designing on Canva
- Communicate outcomes like skill-building, creativity & future readiness
- Relationship Management
- Build trust with parents through clear, confident communication
- Handle queries, objections, and conversions smoothly
- Coordination
- Work closely with academic and marketing teams
- Ensure seamless onboarding experience for students
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BSc (CS/IT), BTech (CS/IT/Electrical), MSc (Computer Science) or similar
- Core Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way
- Confidence in calling and converting leads
- Smart, quick thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Technical Understanding (Preferred):
- Basic knowledge of:
- Coding (Python, C++, Block Coding)
- Arduino / Micro:Bit
- Design tools (Canva, Illustrator)
