Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Lucknow. In this role, you will identify and generate new leads, conduct market research to understand client needs, and present tailored business solutions to potential clients. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and relationship management while ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation and public speaking skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify business opportunities
- Relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the compliance and startup domain, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
