Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client management. The role includes managing and mentoring a sales team, building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, generating leads, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition
- Strong interpersonal skills, team management, and leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the real estate, proptech, or related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
