🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive lead generation, market research, and client engagement. This role is ideal for high-energy professionals passionate about sales, growth, and relationship building in a fast-paced real estate-tech environment.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Conduct market research to spot growth opportunities
- Present offerings effectively to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Support strategic business development initiatives
- Manage leads and sales pipeline using CRM tools
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation & Market Research
- Strong Presentation & Communication Skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales pipelines (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
