Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive for Real Estate will focus on building meaningful relationships with potential clients to match their real estate goals with suitable properties. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, managing negotiations, and closing property transactions. The role requires proactive communication with clients, helping them make informed decisions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships
Knowledge of the real estate market and property management practices
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Prior experience in real estate is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
