Role Description
The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads through various channels, and conduct market research to understand local real estate trends and client needs. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering client presentations, supporting sales meetings, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM or similar tools. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns, following up with potential clients, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence in the Hyderabad market.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation-related skills, including Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations.
- Proven Lead Generation capabilities and experience using tools or methods to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Ability to conduct structured Market Research and analyze data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams.
- Preferred experience in business development, sales, or real estate services.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions and field work within Hyderabad.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
