We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate for the Puri Location who can help us grow our IT and digital services business. The candidate will work closely with clients and offer solutions like website development, digital marketing, IT support, and marketing automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online/offline channels (LinkedIn, calls, references, local businesses)
- Pitch services like Website Development, SEO & Digital Marketing, IT Support Services, Marketing Automation Solutions, Hotel Fraud Control Solutions (GMB, Website)
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings (online/offline) with clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
- Close deals, Client onboarding process, Client documentations process
- Coordinate with the internal team for project delivery
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing & IT Support services.
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to convince and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel
Eligibility
- Graduate in any field (BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 1 year of experience in sales/business development/marketing
- Candidates based in Puri preferred
