About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing EdTech team. The role focuses on student enrollment, relationship building, and driving revenue through effective sales and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses and career paths
- Convert leads into enrollments through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech is a plus) or Freshers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable with communicating and doing follow-ups
