Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Agra. In this role, the associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting thorough market research, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and effectively communicating the value of Skillyards' offerings. The associate will also work closely with the business development team to achieve organizational growth goals and forge valuable partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills to deliver impactful and engaging presentations.
- Experience in lead generation and market research to identify opportunities and insights for business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Quick adaptability to new challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage.
