Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate for an on-site role located in Pune Division. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, preparing presentations, and actively engaging with potential clients. The associate will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets and contribute to the organization's growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and creating impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
