Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. The role includes understanding client requirements, presenting company services, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings or demos, maintaining lead data in CRM tools, assisting with proposals and presentations, and consistently following up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline while achieving activity targets.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred) with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development (mandatory). Strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet tools), and a positive, learning-oriented attitude are essential.
