Role Overview:

SIEC India is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to lead business development and engagement initiatives for our Overseas Education and Test Preparation Services. The role involves building strong institutional partnerships, executing local marketing activities, and generating quality leads and walk-ins through targeted on-ground and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping students achieve their study abroad aspirations while contributing to the organization’s growth through impactful business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to promote SIEC’s services and generate quality student inquiries.

2. Plan, organize, and execute student engagement events, including seminars, webinars, education fairs, workshops, and institutional visits, to drive qualified leads and walk-ins for counseling.

3. Develop and implement regional business development and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

4. Collaborate with the internal marketing team for localized campaigns to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.

5. Identify new business opportunities and institutional tie-ups to expand SIEC’s presence.

6. Ensure effective lead management, tracking, and timely follow-up to improve conversion ratios.

7. Represent SIEC at education fairs, partner events, and promotional activities with professionalism and brand alignment.

8. Share regular reports on outreach activities, event performance, and lead generation outcomes.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Outreach, or Field Marketing, preferably in the Overseas Education, Test Prep, or EdTech sector.
  • Proven experience in organizing student engagement events and generating quality leads or walk-ins.
  • Familiarity with school/college networks and strong local market understanding.
  • Willingness to travel within NCR region.

  • Good coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.


Other Details:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in institutional tie-ups or student outreach.
  • The compensation for this role is up to ₹6-7 LPA, depending on the experience and skills.
